static.
We describe convex hulls of the simplest compact curves in R3,
reducible quartics consisting of two circles.
When the circles do not meet as complex projective conics, their convex hull lies along an
irreducible irrational ruled surface of degree eight whose rulings form a genus one curve.
We classify which edge curves arise and the face lattices of the convex hulls for
any two circles.
